Form Builder
A dynamic form module that lets you define any combination of input fields through the CMS. Each form has a unique name identifier used for submission routing and a title, flexible input definitions, and an optional remark displayed below the form. Use this module when you need a fully custom form that does not fit the Basic Form or Contact Form Info templates.

Variants
Default
A complete form with a title, several input fields, and a remark. Demonstrates the full range of field types available through the input component.
Best for: Custom surveys, event registrations, and any data-collection scenario that needs a bespoke field layout.
EmptyState
Shows how the form renders when the minimum required fields are present but optional content is omitted.
NullableFields
Demonstrates graceful handling of missing optional fields such as title and remark.
Tips
- Give each form a descriptive
name(e.g. "event-registration-2024") so submissions are easy to identify in the backend. - The
namefield must be unique across all Form Builder instances on the site -- duplicate names will cause submission conflicts. - Use the
remarkfield for disclaimers, privacy notices, or instructions that should appear below the form fields. - For simple contact forms, consider using Basic Form or Contact Form Info instead -- they come with pre-built layouts that require less configuration.
